Each class at FlyWith is uniquely tailored to help you achieve great movement sense while attaining better body awareness. Being able to choose classes ranging from high, medium to low sweat, allows you to achieve more results to how your body feels at that point in time.
I enjoy the variety of classes offered at FlyWith. The instructors know what they are doing and their client engagement is fantastic! Simple clear instructions and classes are a hell lot of fun. Can't wait for the next class!
